Peppermint Foot Scrub....'tis the sandal season

Good looking feet for yoga, pilates......and short skirts with strappy sandals! Yes, you can buy this at Trader Joe's and other places, but it's so much fun...and easy to make your own.

A few simple ingredients:

Peppermint Foot Scrub

2 cups of Epsom salts Optional 1/2 cup of Sugar 1 cup of Coconut Oil or oil of your choice 10 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil 1 TB chopped Rosemary

In the shower or bath, scrub those footsies! You can also use this all over your body too for soft, smooth, moisturized skin.....just be careful since there is peppermint oil around more sensitive body parts!

You can also substitute lemon zest, sweet orange and other essential oils for the peppermint. You'll love the scents!

Depending on how much you use, this will last you 5-10X! Store in a clean jar with screw on cap.
